Quick Quiz:
What is my most valuable possession? What is yours?
I'll give you a few clues to mine.
1. I took possession soon as I entered the world as we know it.
2. I go to bed with it and wake up with it - every day.
3. I take it with me everywhere I go.
5. Lack of it makes the appreciation grow.
6. I'd be lost without it - in fact I'd die without it!
7. Your answers for you are probably the same.

For now, take three deep breaths, relax, close your eyes - and think about something that feels good! The ability to do that simple exercise can distract our busy mind from thinking about things we have no control over which saves a great deal of stress. If that doesn't put the monkeys back in their cage, just keep breathing deep breaths and focusing on each inhale and exhale as you do it. So simple and yet . . . !
